Outstanding education is a hallmark of Commodity Classic. Farmers consistently report that one of their top reasons for attending Commodity Classic is to learn about issues impacting the agricultural industry. Commodity Classic strives to address attendees’ requests by offering a broad variety of up-to-date topics through various educational formats.


There are three primary categories of educational sponsorships available at Commodity Classic:

Learning Center Sessions In-depth discussions of current issues and topics that have a direct impact on a farmer’s bottom line. What’s New Sessions  Showcase your company’s new products or services in a 40-minute session that allows you to go into details and engage in conversations with farmer-attendees. What's New Details • What's New Proposal Form


Mini What’s New Sessions A series of back-to-back, 5-minute presentations in a fast-paced 90-minute window.  An opportunity for you to give a brief introduction to your key innovations and invite attendees to visit your exhibit on the Trade Show floor. Who Can Apply All 2021 exhibiting companies are invited to submit proposals to sponsor one or more educational sessions. Sponsors of the educational sessions must be current exhibitors in the Trade Show. The Commodity Classic Affiliate Council reviews and approves all educational session proposals based on appeal to the Commodity Classic target audience. All sponsorship contributions will be applied to Commodity Classic sponsor levels.


How to Apply Complete the Proposal Form for the sessions you propose to sponsor. Submit by the deadline. Submit your proposal(s) in Word document format (not PDF).

Session Promotion & Support


Commodity Classic promotes approved educational sessions in the following ways:


Learning Center and What’s New Sessions


  • Session information published in Commodity Classic materials including on-site program booklet, mobile app, and website
  • Learning Centers included in printed registration brochure mailed in November to all members of ASA, NCGA, NAWG and NSP (deadlines must be met to be included)
  • Complimentary registration for your Learning Center session speakers
  • Professional video recording of your session for your company’s use (signed recording waiver required)
  • Meeting room entrance sign with sponsoring company name and session title
  • Meeting room with head table and theatre-style seating
  • Standard audio-visual in each room
  • Attendee feedback from your session evaluations*
  • Individual names and demographics of farmer-attendees at your session*
  • Sponsorship qualifies the sponsoring company for Bronze Level sponsorship, which includes the opportunity to host a press conference and to insert your promotional flyers into farmers’ registration packets.  Additional fees and deadlines for both opportunities apply.

    These benefits do not apply to sessions held on the Main Stage


Main Stage Learning Center Sessions


  • All promotional support as outlined above except for those noted with asterisk
  • Learning Center Sessions selected for the Main Stage will receive additional promotion by Successful Farming. The sponsoring name and session title will be included in an advertisement about the Main Stage that will appear in Successful Farming.
  • Learning Center Main Stage Sessions are also promoted through on-site signage adjacent to the Main Stage

  • Inclusion in on-site program booklet
  • Inclusion in Commodity Classic mobile app
  • Inclusion on

NEW FOR 2021!  Social Media Promotion for Your Session


For an extra $500 fee (in addition to the applicable sponsorship fee), Commodity Classic will highlight your Learning Center Session  or What’s New Session on its social media platforms prior to the 2021 Show as follows:


  • Two Facebook posts prior to the 2021 Commodity Classic
  • Two Twitter posts prior to the 2021 Commodity Classic
  • One Instagram post prior to the 2021 Commodity Classic


Content for this social media promotion will be gleaned from the information provided in accepted proposals.
