2025 Exhibitor Application
March 2-4, 2025 • Colorado Convention Center, Exhibit Halls A-F • Denver, Colorado
Although the trade show is currently SOLD-OUT, you are strongly encouraged to submit your application requesting to be on the wait list. Many wait list requests have already been accommodated to be feasible for placement between now and show date if a cancellation or booth size change from a current exhibitor.

Inline booths vary in price by standard and premium locations as marked by hovering over the booth. Commodity Classic avoids knowingly placing competitors next to each other. Final placement to be determined by Commodity Classic pending product/service and location away from competitors.

Commodity Classic requires the description (limited to 15 words) to be provided in the application and contract for approval.
STEP 3: Watch your email!
* IMPORTANT: Once the Application and Contract is submitted, monitor your incoming email for a verification.
Once the Application and Contract is submitted with your online signature, monitor your incoming email for a verification email from Adobe Sign's echosign@echosign.com. The submission process is not finalized until this email is received and verified.
STEP 4: Confirmation and InvoiceWhen application is approved, a confirmation will be emailed to the contact on approved application either with either a confirmed booth number as space is available, or a confirmation you are on the wait list.
No payment is due with the application. Payment is due as noted on invoice emailed to the contact provided on the application and contract with the confirmation of a booth number assigned. Commodity Classic reserves the right to release space if payment is past due.
National Corn Growers Association Tax ID 42-0897662 - A W9 is included with the emailed invoice.
Payments may be made as invoiced by:
1. Credit card: CLICK HERE to pay on the secure link on the For Exhibitors website page.
2. Check: Mail to the Commodity Classic payment address stated on the invoice:

Exhibitors are required to provide a certificate of insurance to tradeshow@commodityclassic.com on or before February 3, 2025 as outlined on the application and contract.
2025 Exhibit Investment1 - 5 spaces $1,650 each 10'x10' booth space 6 - 19 spaces $1,575 each 10'x10' booth space 20+ spaces $1,240 each 10'x10' booth space *Inline premium booth locations designated on the floor plan are an additional $380 per booth.
