  • One-day registration includes the events above, except for association awards events. Educational session recordings are complimentary only for the day that you are registered.

What is Beacon Tracking?
Commodity Classic tracks attendance at the trade show and other events. Your name badge contains coded information unique to you. Some exhibitors use this technology to capture your demographic information at their tradeshow booths to eliminate the need for you to take time to fill out a form. By registering for Commodity Classic, you consent to the use of this technology by Commodity Classic and its exhibitors.

HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS

 

The hotel reservation process is managed by the Commodity Classic housing services company, Maritz Global Events. 

 

Please note these reservations will be made through a Maritz approved 3rd party travel agent, therefore, any questions regarding hotel policies, payment, or shuttle service should be directed to the travel agent or hotel directly. If you need to make a change or cancel an existing reservation, please contact your assigned hotel directly.

CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND CUTOFF DATES

  • January 20:  Cancellations must be received by January 20, 2023, in order to avoid Commodity Classic’s one-night room and tax cancellation fee.
  • February 7:  Hotel group rates guaranteed through this date.  All hotel changes and cancellations must be made through Maritz Global Events through this date.

Please note that transferring the reservation information from the housing bureau to the hotel system will take a few days and will be available starting February 22. Rest assured, the hotel will honor the booking with a confirmation number from Maritz Global.

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If you do not cancel your reservation within the hotel's cancellation policy and/or do not arrive at the hotel on the check-in date specified above, the hotels first night's room and tax will be charged to your credit card — in addition to Commodity Classic’s one night’s room and tax cancellation fee — and your entire reservation will be cancelled.

  • Guests must inform the hotel front desk upon arrival if the departure date has changed to avoid possible early departure fees.
