APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS starting April 29 for New Exhibitors:

This Wednesday - Friday show features a larger hall with all exhibit space, food and beverage areas and two educational stages on the first-level show floor.
Inline booths vary in price by standrd and premium locations as marked by hovering over the booth.
You must include a booth number (ie 999 if no space available) and number booths as a required field to submit the application.
Commodity Classic avoids knowingly placing competitors next to each other. Please review existing exhibitor placements before requesting the booth space number on your application. If requesting to be by what may be perceived to be a competitor, we will ask for their input which may slow down your confirmation process. Final placement to be determined by Commodity Classic pending product/service and location away from competitors.
Commodity Classic reserves the right to limit the amount of space initially confirmed to give more exhibitors the opportunity to participate. Requests for more space may be on a wait-list basis if later becomes available.

NOTE: Commodity Classic may delay assigning booth space showing available pending review of applications received.
Qualifications to apply: To qualify to be considered as an exhibitor at the Commodity Classic show, companies must establish 1) that they offer goods and services of interest to farmers and 2) that their participation in the show is within the character and purpose of the show – both as solely determined by Commodity Classic. Applicants will be reviewed by Commodity Classic as to whether they meet these requirements, and a final determination shall be made by Commodity Classic in its sole discretion.
Commodity Classic requires the description (limited to 150 characters) to be provided in the application and contract for approval. Once you have completed all required fields, including signature, you may download/print on the right side of document and then go back to original documents, or once you have clicked “finish,” you will receive a copy of your completed application via email from Docusign at dse_NA4@docusign.net.
STEP 3: Watch primary booth contact email for assignment status confirmation!
NOTE: Qualified applications received between April 29 - May 5 will be held for review to best utilize available space. All applicants will receive an email either confirming the contract has been received for consideration or denial if not qualified. When application is approved to be assigned available space, a confirmation will be emailed to the contact listed on the application. STEP 4: PaymentNo payment is needed with the application. An INVOICE payable in 30 days and W-9 will be attached with the email confirmation when space is assigned. Commodity Classic reserves the right to release space if payment is past due and/or certificate of insurance is not received on or before January 15, 2027 as outlined on the application and contract.
2027 Exhibit Rates 1 - 5 spaces $1,730 each 10'x10' booth space 6 - 19 spaces $1,650 each 10'x10' booth space 20+ spaces $1,340 each 10'x10' booth space Inline premium booth locations as designated on the floor plan are an additional $420 per booth space.
