All 2027 Commodity Classic exhibitors are invited to submit education proposals by the dates noted below. Education sponsorship contributions will be applied to your Commodity Classic sponsor level. Exhibitors may collaborate to jointly sponsor a session if they wish.

Learning Centers (includes Early Risers, Kickoff, Featured, and regular Learning Centers)

What are Learning Centers?Learning Centers are neutral, content-rich educational sessions designed to address a wide range of current industry issues, provide unique perspectives, offer creative solutions and strategies, and challenge attendees to think differently about their businesses.
Learning Centers are not intended for the sponsoring company to sell or promote their products or services. They should not be perceived by the attendees as a sales pitch or commercial. If you have a proposal that is commercial in nature, please consider sponsoring a What’s New Session or Mini What’s New Session instead.
Learning Centers also provide attendees the opportunity to receive CEUs toward the American Society of Agronomy’s Certified Crop Adviser program, for which Commodity Classic will apply for each qualifying Learning Center.
Kickoff Learning Center SessionSponsorship Fee: $20,000 (Sponsor responsible for speaker expenses: travel, housing, meals, etc.)
The Kickoff Learning Center Session is held in the morning of opening day. It is not scheduled against other educational sessions or trade show open hours.
Commodity Classic’s vision for this unique time slot is a session that features a topic or speaker that appeals to the entire Classic audience. You might consider proposing a professional speaker or thought leader who is dynamic, engaging, inspirational, and/or an expert in their field. Something to start our week off with energy, ideas, and knowledge. This session, like all Learning Centers, should be vendor-neutral and not promote a specific company or product.
Number Available: 1 Early Riser Learning Center SessionSponsorship Fee: $17,500 (Sponsorship fee includes coffee and breakfast pastries offered at the session. Sponsor responsible for speaker expenses: travel, housing, meals, etc.)
The Early Riser Learning Center Sessions are not scheduled against the trade show or other educational sessions. The subject matter for these sessions should be of high interest to all attendees. Popular topics include marketing, production, state of the industry, new trends in agriculture, and/or feature well-known speakers or farmers. These sessions, like all Learning Centers, should not promote a specific product or company.
Number Available: 2 When: Wednesday, March 3, 7:30 a.m. & Friday, March 5, 7:30 a.m. Length: 60 minutes Featured Learning Center SessionSponsorship Fee: $17,500 (Sponsor is responsible for speaker expenses: travel, housing, meals, etc.)
Learning Center SessionSponsorship Fee: $8,000 (Sponsor responsible for speaker expenses: travel, housing, meals, etc.)
These Learning Centers are scheduled concurrently (2 or 3 per time slot) and during trade show hours. Learning Center time slots are 45- and 60-minutes long and are held on Thursday and Friday. Session times and dates will be assigned by Commodity Classic.

A note about session speakers:
Providing actual presenter names or organizations to be represented is strongly recommended for your proposal and will help the committee evaluate your proposal. If a specific individual has not been identified yet, please write in the type of presenter(s) planned. If your Learning Center proposal is accepted, please plan to provide speaker names by October 16.
* Session titles and descriptions may be edited by Commodity Classic for style and length for publication in applicable show materials.
** Companies recognized as the session sponsor must be exhibitors in the 2027 trade show. The education sponsor’s company name must match their exhibitor booth name. Exhibitors may collaborate to present a jointly sponsored session.
Exhibitors may submit more than one proposal. If doing so, please let Commodity Classic staff know if you are willing to sponsor all or some, and which proposed session is most important to you.
Learning Center proposals will be reviewed by the Commodity Classic Affiliates Council in late July 2026 for approval and placement in the 2027 education schedule. An invoice will be sent upon notification of selection. Session times and dates will be assigned by Commodity Classic. Requested TopicsAll topics are welcome. What’s New Sessions
Proposals Due: October 9, 2026
What are What's New Sessions?What’s New Sessions are an opportunity for exhibitors to showcase their newest products, services, or innovations that have come to market since the last Commodity Classic.
What’s New Sessions are 30 minutes in length. Your session may feature speakers of your choice: company representatives, experts, farmers, customers, etc. The format allows you to go into detail about your item that you are promoting and engage in conversations with farmer-attendees.
What’s New sessions are held in classrooms and are scheduled concurrently with other What’s New sessions. They are held at the beginning of the conference before the Trade Show opens, giving attendees time to attend your session, learn about your new item, and then visit your booth for more information. You may collect leads at your What’s New Session.

Product or service to be showcased as a 2027 What’s New Session may not have been placed on the market earlier than the previous Commodity Classic (February 2026). You may submit individual proposals for as many products or services that qualify.
Please forward product/service information even if regulatory approval is pending. In terms of crop protection products, a totally new compound of new and pre-existing chemistry is acceptable.
Once a product is presented as a What’s New or Mini What’s New session, it will no longer be eligible for presentation in these sessions in future years.
The Commodity Classic Affiliates Council will review and select the What’s New Sessions. Proposals are evaluated on the following criteria (listed in order of significance):
Highlight how the presentation will help an attendee solve a problem, overcome a challenge or launch a new initiative, and how what they will learn will directly impact their work/life.
Please complete a separate application for each proposal. In a situation where committee members may need to choose between multiple sessions from the same sponsor, please indicate the session that is most important to you.

Mini What’s New Sessions

What are Mini What's New Sessions?Mini What’s New Sessions are a unique opportunity for exhibiting companies to highlight their newest, most innovative product or service to Commodity Classic attendees. A series of back-to-back, 5-minute presentations, the Mini What’s New Sessions are an opportunity for you to give a brief introduction to your key innovations and invite attendees to visit your booth on the Trade Show floor to learn more.
Mini What’s News will be presented on one of the two stages located in the Trade Show. Commodity Classic will provide a PowerPoint template to all chosen sponsors. Presenters should create their slide deck using this template. If sponsor wishes to use their allotted 5-minute time slot to demonstrate their product, they may do so as long as time constraints are met.

Completed deck is due back to Commodity Classic on February 5, 2027. Commodity Classic will have all Mini What’s New sponsors’ slides ready for the session – speakers need only bring themselves and any notes they need for their presentation.

The Main Stage presented by Successful Farming is located in Hall G inside the Trade Show and features programming during show hours on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
