Who May Become a Sponsor
All current exhibitors in the Commodity Classic trade show are invited to become a sponsor by selecting one or more of the opportunities from the list of “Sponsorship Opportunities”. Increase your company’s presence and impact beyond the footprint of your trade show booth.
Once Commodity Classic sponsorships are confirmed, they are non-cancelable and non-transferable. Commodity Classic also reserves the right to modify or cancel sponsored events upon notice to sponsors and make pro rata adjustment to or refund sponsorship fees.
Distribution of Printed Advertising Materials
Requests for distribution of advertising materials other than within exhibitor’s assigned space must be pre-approved by Commodity Classic Management.
Private Events/Hospitality Suite Policy
Although private company events do not quality for sponsorship level benefits, Commodity Classic will try to accommodate your event needs. This ensures efficient convention preparation and avoids scheduling conflicts. Platinum, Gold and Silver sponsors will receive information to request hospitality suites or to arrange meeting space.
PLEASE NOTE: All functions must be requested and coordinated through Commodity Classic management and cannot conflict with any Commodity Classic events. Please review the Schedule at a Glance for Commodity Classic events.
News Conferences & Media Opportunities
Exhibitors at the Platinum and Gold sponsorship levels qualify for a complimentary Commodity Classic news conference (two for Platinum; one for Gold). Upon finalization and schedule of all Platinum and Gold sponsor news conferences, Silver and Bronze sponsoring companies can request and purchase any remaining news conference slots for $5,000 each. All requests for news conferences or media events are subject to the review and approval of the Commodity Classic management team. News conferences are not transferrable.
Non-media exhibitors at the Platinum and Gold sponsorship levels also have exclusive access to and use of the attending media list.
Please note that exhibitor or companies that plan to entertain media CANNOT conduct any event or activity that creates a conflict with any scheduled Commodity Classic events. Please review the Schedule at a Glance for Commodity Classic events.
Farmer Registrant Data
Exhibitors may purchase the Commodity Classic Farmer Registrant data file, and Platinum and Gold sponsors receive this data file complimentary as part of sponsorship status. Receipt of this list entitles exhibitors and sponsors to a two-time use before the event and one-time use after the event. Please do not integrate this list into your permanent database.
The Commodity Classic Farmer Registrant data will be provided twice prior to the event, January 17 and February 7, to allow for pre-event promotion and once following the event (March 13) to include all registered farmers. Data provided is dependent on what each registrant provides during the registration process.
Recording and Rebroadcast Policy
Sponsors and speakers must return a signed copy of the Commodity Classic Presentation Recording and Use Policy. Commodity Classic and its designated vendors shall have exclusive rights to professionally recorded video and audio of sessions unless otherwise agreed.
Commodity Classic will provide a professional video recording of the sponsor’s Learning Center* or What’s New Session to the sponsor contact, which may be used at the sponsor’s discretion. Use of this recording must carry the Commodity Classic brand/logo and attribute the recording’s origin, i.e. “Taped at 2019 Commodity Classic, February 28-March 2, 2019, in Orlando, Florida.” When the recording is used in whole, the Commodity Classic branding must be kept intact and visible throughout the program. If not used in whole, the sponsor has permission to remove the Commodity Classic branding but must attribute the clip to Commodity Classic, i.e. “Filmed at 2019 Commodity Classic.”
Sponsors may use the professional recording provided to them by Commodity Classic, provided they comply with the terms of this policy. Contact Abby Podkul or call 314.754.1345.
* NOTE: Main Stage Learning Centers and Friday’s Early Riser Session do not receive a recording.
