2024 Exhibitor Application Process

STEP 1:  View the 2024 Floor Plan

Both the first and third level exhibit halls are currently sold-out with a manageable wait list that you are encouraged to submit your application to be on the wait list at no charge if there is a cancellation.

The 3rd level exhibit hall is located next door to the Educational and General Sessions. Both levels feature stages with different content and complimentary food, lunch, beverages, and seating.


Inline booths vary in price by standard and premium locations as marked by hovering over the booth.


Commodity Classic avoids knowingly placing competitors next to each other.  Please review existing exhibitor placements before requesting the booth space number on your application.


Final placement to be determined by Commodity Classic pending product/service and location away from competitors.

STEP 3:  Watch Your Email!


Once you submit the 2024 Application and Contract, monitor your incoming email for a verification email. The submission process is not finalized until this email is received and verified!

STEP 4: Confirmation and Invoice


When application is approved, a confirmation will be emailed to the contact on approved application either with either a confirmed booth number as space is available, or a confirmation you are on the wait list. No payment is due with the application. Payment is due as noted on invoice included with a booth assignment confirmation.


Commodity Classic reserves the right to release space if payment is past due. Payments can be made by credit card (refer to website for credit card payment link) or by check to:  Commodity Classic, 32251 Road F, Trumbull, NE  68980 (National Corn Growers Association Tax ID 42-0897662)


NOTE: All exhibitors must submit a certificate of insurance by February 1, 2024, or for applications approved after that date, before show arrival, as outlined in the application and contract.

14-20 Booth Spaces........................ $1,285 each 10’x10’

21-50 Booth Spaces........................ $1,160 each 10’x10’

51 (+) Booth Spaces........................$1,105 each 10’x10’ 


*Inline premium booth locations designated on the floor plan are an additional $360 per booth.
