2023 Exhibitor Application

March 9-11, 2023 • Orange County Convention Center  •  Orlando, Florida


Don't miss the chance to secure the best exhibit space by acting early to showcase your brand in front of thousands of America’s best farmers at Commodity Classic 2023 in Orlando!


Follow these steps to apply for exhibit space:


STEP 1:  View the 2023 Floor Plan


CLICK HERE to identify open space and your preferred booth location as available.


  • If space is not showing as available, you are encouraged to submit your application and request to be on the wait list.
  • If requesting inline booths, please hover over the floor plan to view the standard and premium (additional $350 per booth) pricing options.
  • Please do not request space next to a competitor, unless you provide mutual agreement from both parties in writing at the time of application.  


STEP 2:  Complete the 2023 Exhibitor Application and Contract

Commodity Classic requires a description (maximum 15 words) be provided for approval.



STEP 3:  Watch for verification email to finalize


Once you submit the 2023 Application and Contract with online signature, monitor your incoming email for a signature verification email from Adobe Sign's  The submission process is not finalized until this email is received and verified.


  • If your spam settings do not allow this verification email to be delivered, click here for a PDF form-fill version of the application to manually sign and return. 
  • * IMPORTANT: Once the Application and Contract is submitted with your online signature, monitor your incoming email for a verification. The submission process is not finalized until this email is received and verified.


STEP 4: Confirmation and Invoice


When application is approved, a confirmation will be emailed to the contact on approved application either with the requested booth number as available or a confirmation you are on the wait list. No payment is due with the application. Payment is due as invoiced. Commodity Classic reserves the right to release space if payment is past due.


  • Cancellation Policy: Other than for circumstances set forth in the Rules and Regulations, refunds shall be given only if Commodity Classic is notified of cancellation or space reduction in writing on or before August 31, 2022. Payment for previous shows cannot be applied to future Commodity Classic shows, sponsorships, or other events.
  • Certificate of Insurance: All exhibitors must submit a certificate of insurance by February 8, 2023 as outlined in the application and contract.

2023 Commodity Classic Exhibit Rates

1 - 5 Booths            $1,525     

6 - 13 Booths          $1,375        

14 - 20 Booths        $1,250    

21- 50 Booths         $1,125        

51+ Booths             $1,050  


*Inline premium locations designated on the floor plan are an additional $350 per booth.
