2021 Exhibitor Application and Contract

Follow these steps to apply for space on the show floor during the Silver Celebration of Commodity Classic.


STEP 1:  View the 2021 Floor Plan


CLICK HERE to identify open space and your preferred booth location as available.


If space is not showing available on the 2021 floor plan, you are encouraged to submit your application to be on the wait list based on the date/time application is received.


Inline booths vary in price by standard and premium locations as marked on the booth.


Commodity Classic works to avoid placing competitors next to each other.  Please review existing exhibitor placements before requesting the booth space number on your application.



STEP 2:  Complete the 2021 Exhibitor Application and Contract

Commodity Classic requires a description be provided in the application and contract for approval.



STEP 3:  Watch Your Email!


Once you submit the 2021 Application and Contract, monitor your incoming email for a verification email.  The submission process is not finalized until this email is received and verified!



STEP 4: Confirmation and Invoice


When application is approved, a confirmation will be emailed to the contact on approved application either with the requested booth number as available or a confirmation you are on the wait list. No payment is due with the application. Payment is due within 30 days of the date of the invoice.  Commodity Classic reserves the right to release space if payment is past due.


Cancellation Policy: Other than for circumstances set forth in the Rules and Regulations, refunds shall be given only if Commodity Classic is notified of cancellation or space reduction in writing on or before July 31, 2020.


NOTE: All exhibitors must submit a certificate of insurance by January 31, 2021 as outlined in the application and contract.




1-5 Booth Spaces     - $1,450 each 10'x10'

6-13 Booth Spaces   - $1,325 each 10'x10'

14-20 Booth Spaces - $1,200 each 10'x10'

21 (+) Booth Spaces - $1,075 each 10'x10'

51 (+) Booth Spaces - $1,025 each 10'x10'


*Inline premium booth locations designated on the floor plan are an additional $350 per booth.  

Approved exhibitors will be invoiced for payment in 30 days with confirmation.
