Private Events/Hospitality Suite Policy
Although private company events do not qualify for sponsorship level benefits, Commodity Classic will try to accommodate your event needs. This ensures efficient convention preparation and avoids scheduling conflicts. Platinum, Gold and Silver sponsors will receive information to request hospitality suites and housing or to arrange meeting space.
PLEASE NOTE: All functions must be requested and coordinated through Commodity Classic management and cannot conflict with any Commodity Classic events. Please review the Schedule at a Glance for Commodity Classic events.
Press Conferences and Media Opportunities
Exhibitors at the Platinum and Gold sponsorship levels qualify for a complimentary Commodity Classic press conference (two for Platinum, one for Gold). Upon finalization and scheduling of all Platinum and Gold sponsor press conferences, Silver and Bronze sponsoring companies can request and purchase any remaining open press conference slots for $5,000. All requests for news conferences or media events are subject to the review and approval of the Commodity Classic management team. Press conferences are nontransferable.
Exhibitors at the Platinum and Gold sponsorship levels also have exclusive access to and use of the attending media list.
Please note that exhibitors or companies who plan to entertain media CANNOT conduct any event or activity that would create conflicts with any scheduled Commodity Classic events. Please review the Schedule at a Glance for Commodity Classic events.
Sponsors and speakers must return a signed copy of the Commodity Classic Presentation Recording and Use Policy. Commodity Classic and its designated vendors shall have exclusive rights to professionally video and audio record sessions unless otherwise agreed. Commodity Classic will provide a professional recording of the sponsor’s Learning Center* or What’s New Session to the sponsor contact, which may be used as the sponsors wish. Use of this recording must carry the Commodity Classic brand/logo and attribute the recording’s origin, i.e. “Taped at 2018 Commodity Classic, February 27–March 1, 2018, in Anaheim, California.” When the recording is used in whole, the Commodity Classic branding must be kept intact. If used not in whole, the sponsor has permission to remove the Commodity Classic branding but must attribute the clip to Commodity Classic, i.e. “Filmed at 2018 Commodity Classic.” Sponsors may use the professional recording provided to them by Commodity Classic, provided they comply with the terms of this policy. Commodity Classic offers a complimentary, 4-color, full-page advertisement in the program booklet to Platinum sponsors.
Gold sponsors may purchase one full-page, 4-color process ad for $1,500. Silver sponsors may purchase one full-page, 4-color for $2,500.

Registration Packet Insert Opportunities
One of the objectives of Commodity Classic is to assist you in communicating your message with your customers. As a Commodity Classic sponsor, you can target your grower customers with your insert in their registration packet.
Specifications for Grower Registration Packet Insert
Fee: Flat fee $5,000 - *Flat fee provides services to insert your printed message in all registration packets (up to printed quantity provided) for growers, industry leaders, association staff and their families. Exhibit booth personnel and media packets are excluded. Any additional requests to insert information into packets are based upon mutual consent and may incur an additional fee.
