How do I reserve space for 2017 in San Antonio?

What are exhibit rates for 2017?

 

1-5 Booth Spaces - $1,375 each 10'x10'

6-13 Booth Spaces - $1,250 each 10'x10'

14-20 Booth Spaces - $1,150 each 10'x10'

21 (+) Booth Spaces - $1,025 each 10'x10'

51 (+) Booth Spaces - $975 each 10'x10'

 

*Inline Premium booth locations designated on the floor plan are an additional $325 per booth.

Exhibitors will be invoiced for payment upon contract approval.

 

How do I access the Exhibit Services Kit?

How do I make my complimentary exhibitor registrations?

 

Exhibitors may receive up to two complimentary registrations for their first booth and one for each additional booth (ie a 10 x 20 booth may claim up to three complimentary registrations).  To obtain your exhibitor unique code to make your complimentary registrations in advance, contact Matt Walter with Experient at exhreghousing@commodityclassic.com or 847-996-5682.
