2018 Exhibit Application Process

Please follow these steps to exhibit at the 2018 Commodity Classic:

 

1.  Review the 2018 floor plan to identify open space and note your top preferred booth locations.

      Inline booths vary in price by standard and premium locations as marked on the booth.

 

2.  Complete the online 2018 Exhibitor Application and Contract:

* IMPORTANT: Once the 2018 Application and Contract is submitted, monitor incoming email for a verification email. The submission process is not finalized until this email is received and verified!

 

3.  A confirmation with the booth number reserved and invoice will be emailed to the contact on the application when approved and space is available from tradeshow@commodityclassic.com. No payment is due with the application.  The invoice is payable to Commodity Classic within 30 days by check or credit card (link provided for online payment on invoice).

 

 

2018 Exhibit Investment:

 

1-5 Booth Spaces     - $1,375 each 10'x10'

6-13 Booth Spaces   - $1,250 each 10'x10'

14-20 Booth Spaces - $1,150 each 10'x10'

21 (+) Booth Spaces - $1,025 each 10'x10'

51 (+) Booth Spaces - $   975 each 10'x10'

            *Inline Premium booth locations designated on the floor plan are an additional $325 per booth.
