2013 exhibit space is limited and the 2012 trade show sold-out with a wait list.
Plan ahead to ensure you are part of the Commodity Classic where America's best farmers come to see what's new.
2012 Commodity Classic Exhibitors have first opportunity through April 30.
2012 exhibitors have the first opportunity to reserve space until any available space is released May 1 to non-2012 exhibitors. Any 2012 exhibitors who did not sign up at the Pre-sell meeting onsite should submit the 2012 contract as soon as possible as space is limited. 2012 exhibitors signed-up at the Pre-sell meeting will be invoiced with a booth confirmation for 50% deposit due April 30, 2012. Full balance will be invoiced due July 27, 2012 to hold space.
New Prospective Exhibitors May Submit Contracts Now
for Assignment as Available Starting May 1.
2013 exhibitor contracts are being accepted now from non-2012 exhibitors by fax or email to be on the wait list (in date/time order of receipt) as space is available for assignment after May 1, 2012. Payment is not needed with the contract. An invoice will be sent with a booth assignment confirmation for 50% deposit due within 30 days or full payment after July 27, 2012. Full balance will be invoiced due July 27, 2012 to hold space.
