Reservations

Please support your associations-Book your hotel room through the Commodity Classic Housing Bureau.

Housing availability is limited to a first-come, first-served basis. Use your Commodity Classic Housing Bureau confirmation upon check-in. Hotels will not send confirmations. Reservation requests will only be accepted on the form with a first night’s credit card deposit and must be made through the Commodity Classic Housing Bureau. Your credit card is required as a guarantee and will be required at check-in. Your card will be charged if you cancel after the cancellation deadline or if you fail to show up on your expected arrival date.

Complete one form for each hotel room request. Multiple rooms may not be held under a single name. Rooms submitted under a company or government name alone will not be accepted. If you are sharing a room, send one form with the earliest arrival date, names, phone and fax of those sharing your room including children. Names must be supplied for each room reserved.
