Changes, Cancellations and Cutoff Date

Reservations received after February 5 will be accepted on a space-available basis and may be at the hotel’s prevailing rate. Changes and cancellations made by February 5 should be made through the Commodity Classic Housing Bureau. After February 10, changes should be made directly with your hotel. From February 5-10 the Housing Bureau will transfer all reservation info over to the hotels. Date changes to your reservation will be made on a space-available basis.

Cancellation Policy

Room must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid forfeiture of deposit. Guests must inform the hotel front desk upon arrival if departure date has changed to avoid early departure fee. Cancellation policy applies to all reservations.
