About Grapevine, Texas
Grapevine is in the center of the Dallas/Fort Worth region, located approximately 20 minutes from downtown Dallas and downtown Fort Worth. Grapevine’s sophisticated charm provides visitors the chance to experience its historic Main Street, rich heritage, great shopping, dining and winery tasting rooms. Lake Grapevine, located at the northern edge, is an 8,000-acre recreational lake with 146 miles of rolling shoreline and more than nine miles of wilderness trails, making it perfect for boating, fishing, camping, picnicking, hiking and biking.
Travel Information
DenMark Travel, the official travel company for 2009 Commodity ClassicSM, will happily assist with your air transportation and car rental needs.

There is a service fee of $22 per person or $30 per family traveling on the same itinerary for Commodity Classic.

Grapevine Area Airport Information
Two airports provide service to Grapevine:
DFW International Airport (DFW)
Located in Grapevine, approximately ten minutes from Commodity Classic hotels
Dallas Love Field (DLF)
Located in Dallas, approximately 22 miles from Grapevine and Commodity Classic hotels
Air Transportation
A special discount has been negotiated with American Airlines in cooperation with Commodity Classic. Seats are limited and some restrictions apply. Call DenMark Travel for information and refer to file number A6329AF. If you choose to call the airline directly, you must refer to the file number to receive the discount.
Please note, most airlines now charge a checked-baggage fee that is collected upon check-in. We suggest confirming this charge when making your reservations.
Airport Shuttle
The Hyatt Regency DFW provides a complimentary DFW Airport shuttle for its guests. Upon arrival to DFW Airport, use the phones in baggage claim to call the hotel for pickup.
Commodity Classic attendees are welcome to use SuperShuttle for ground transportation to and from the airport. SuperShuttle provides shared van rides between the airport and Commodity Classic hotels. A discounted rate has been arranged for Commodity Classic attendees:
DFW Airport to Gaylord Texan or Great Wolf Lodge: $10 per person one-way
Dallas Love Field to Gaylord Texan or Great Wolf Lodge: $16 per person one-way
Dallas Love Field to Hyatt Regency DFW: $15 per person one-way
To receive the discounted rate, you must make advance reservations at www.supershuttle.com and enter code EGAE5.
Upon arrival to DFW Airport, use the phones in baggage claim to call SuperShuttle for pickup. You will meet the blue and yellow SuperShuttle van outside at the shared ride location on the upper level.
Upon arrival to Dallas Love Field, dial SuperShuttle from the information board. Proceed to the taxi queue outside and advise the taxi starter (wearing a red shirt) that you have a SuperShuttle reservation.

Taxi Cabs and Sedan Service
Taxi cab fare is approximately $24-$30 one-way from DFW Airport or $43-$49 from Love Field to the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center or the Great Wolf Lodge.
The Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center offers private sedan service anywhere in the Metroplex area 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For rates and reservations, call (817) 778-2277.
Car Rental
Car rental discounts are available through Avis Car Rental. Call Avis directly at (888) 754-8878 and refer to discount number A104999 to receive the best possible car rental rates available. Reservations may also be made through DenMark Travel at (800) 878-0285.
Child Care Service
Caring Hands Childcare Services-DFW, a bonded childcare provider in the Dallas-Fort Worth area since 1979, offers one-on-one and group childcare services at any of the Commodity Classic hotels. Pre-opening Reception
This reception is a ticketed event for registered growers, media, state staff and family members. A ticket will be included with your registration badge. Register by January 14 to receive a free drink ticket redeemable at the Pre-opening Reception on Wednesday, February 25.
